Pep Band

Students report to the instrumental music rehearsal room at the appointed time for a brief rehearsal. They then perform for pre-game, the first two quarters, and halftime. Students have the third quarter as a break and must return ready to perform for the third quarter break just prior to the start of the fourth quarter.

Please note that end times are estimated and will be based upon the game. Students are required to remain for the entire game. Please plan to pick your student up promptly after the conclusion of the game.

Performances for all ensembles are required as per the EVSC Co-Curricular Policy.

Both the vocal and instrumental music department have procedures in place in order to handle absences from required events. Refer to your instructor for more information.

Performances, being culminating events representative of a significant amount of prior work, typically carry more points than any other co-curricular event. Due to this fact, missing a performance can have a significant, negative effect on a student's grade. Please be aware that absences for any reason other than those allowed for by the EVSC Co-Curricular Policy require significant advance notice, and their acceptance is solely at the discretion of the teacher/director.
