The 2009-2010 ISSMA Solo & Ensemble Entry Form is now available for download. A hard copy of the form is also available in the instrumental music rehearsal room. Please note the following important pieces of information:
- The forms are due no later than November 23, 2009. No late entries will be accepted.
- Cost is $12 per solo and $6 per ensemble, per member. All money must be turned in by November 23rd or your entry will not be made.
- Entry forms must be returned directly to Mr. Gumula - do not put them in the booster box or they may not be entered.
- Please, no cash.
